About Randy Worrell

Hello, With 42 years of experience, Randy Worrell is one of the most established residential real estate professionals in the Indianapolis area. Randy's career began in 1984 with Century 21, followed by 36 years with RE/MAX, during which his performance earned him induction into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame and the RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement Award. 

He has spent the last three years with REAL Broker, LLC as Randy Worrell Realty. Randy holds four professional designations that reflect his commitment to advanced training: CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), GRI (Graduate, REALTOR Institute), ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative), and SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist). His experience spans the full range of residential transactions — first-time buyers, sellers, investment buyers, senior clients, mini-farms, and waterfront properties.

Randy grew up in Hendricks County, just west of Indianapolis, where as a boy he delivered newspapers in Pittsboro, Indiana. He attended Purdue University before returning to make Indianapolis his home for most of his adult life.

More than four decades in, the majority of Randy's business still comes from past clients, friends, and their referrals — a testament to the relationships he's built and the level of service he provides on every transaction.
